1. What Get1contact is

Get1contact is a business-development application for interior architecture and design studios, published by GET1 (the “Suite”). It helps a studio find companies and the professionals who commission interior design work, keep track of them, and prepare the first contact. It is a professional tool, for professional use only.

2. Your account and your studio

You sign in with your GET1 account. A studio is a shared workspace: its owner invites members, pays for the plan and can remove members. Searches, contacts and credits belong to the studio, not to one member. One free studio per company (same professional email domain). Personal email addresses are not accepted.

3. Plans and credits

Searching companies and people, browsing results and using the CRM are free. A credit is used only when a professional email is found and unlocked; an email that is not found costs nothing. Each plan comes with a monthly quota of credits (Free 10, Solo 150, Studio 500, Firm 2,000) that is reset, not added up, every month. Unused credits do not carry over and are not refunded. Prices are in US dollars, excluding taxes, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; the plan runs until the end of the period already paid.

4. What you may do with the data

The companies and people shown come from business databases of professional information (names, titles, company, professional email). You may use them to approach these professionals about your studio’s services, in a reasonable and lawful way: one person at a time, in your own name, from your own mailbox, with the possibility to decline. You may not resell, export in bulk for third parties, scrape, or use the data for anything other than your studio’s business development. Get1contact sends no email on your behalf.

5. The agent

The assistant in Get1contact proposes companies, people and texts. It never unlocks emails or sends anything without your explicit approval. It can be wrong: check what matters before you act on it.

6. Opposition

Anyone may ask not to be contacted through Get1contact at contact.get1suite.com/opt-out. Such addresses are removed from every studio’s results. You agree to respect any such request you receive directly.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Get1contact available and accurate, without guaranteeing either. We are not liable for the outcome of your prospecting, for the content of third-party databases, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before a change that affects you. You may close your studio at any time; we may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice when possible.
