Who we are

Get1contact is published by GET1. For the data of the people who use the app (studios), GET1 is the controller. Contact: privacy@get1suite.com.

If you use Get1contact

We keep your GET1 account (email, name), your studio, the searches, contacts and notes your team creates, your credit balance and payment history (payments themselves are handled by Stripe; we never see your card). We use them to run the service, to bill you, and to improve the product. We keep them while your studio exists, then 12 months.

If a studio found you in Get1contact

Get1contact shows studios professional information about companies and the people who work there: name, job title, company, professional email address, public professional profile. This information comes from business data providers who collect public professional sources and are bound to applicable data protection law. It is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of design studios to reach the professionals who commission their work, limited to professional contact details and to that purpose.

A studio sees your professional email only after it decides to unlock it; the address then stays in that studio’s own contact list, and is not shared with other studios. Get1contact sends no email: a studio writes to you from its own mailbox.

Your rights

You can object at any time, with no justification, at contact.get1suite.com/opt-out: your address is then removed from every studio’s results. You can also ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, by writing to privacy@get1suite.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Where the data lives

Our databases are hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Our processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the assistant’s language model), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional emails) and a business data provider for company and professional information. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement.

Cookies

Only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. No advertising, no tracking across sites.
